The On Site tab shows all service jobs that are currently happening at your shop’s location, no matter who they’re assigned to.

It’s a live, full view of everything in progress, whether it’s assigned to you, another mechanic, or unassigned.

👀 What Can I See in the On Site Tab?

You’ll see:

  • All active service orders happening onsite

  • Job status (e.g., Waiting, In Progress, Completed)

  • Key vehicle and customer info

This helps with coordination, oversight, and quick decisions when things get busy.

🔐 Who Should Use It?

The On Site tab is best for:

  • Shop managers or leads who need to oversee the full workload

  • Mechanics who help across multiple jobs or need visibility beyond their own

If you don’t see the On Site tab, your shop admin can enable it in your User Permissions under:
Settings > Users > [Your Name] > Permissions > “View On Site Services Tab”

🔄 Assigned vs. On Site

  • Assigned to Me = Just your jobs

  • On Site = Everything happening at the shop

Use both tabs to balance personal focus and team awareness.
