A Virtual Number is not stocked or managed like a regular inventory part.
It simply appears on your invoice/estimate/service/work order as you enter it.
Because it’s not tracked, you’ll need to set a custom price for it each time you use it.
📌 When to Use a Virtual Number
One-time parts or items you don’t keep in stock.
Services or materials that don’t need inventory tracking.
Miscellaneous charges you want to show on an invoice as a line item under service items or work orders.
✔️ Tip:
Always double-check your pricing, since there’s no inventory record, the price won’t auto-fill!
