β Step 1: Open Reports
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Click Reports in the dropdown menu.
β Step 2: Go to the Sales Tab
In the Reports section, select the Sales sub-tab.
Choose the time frame you want to report on.
Pick Cash or Accrual basis:
Cash means payments like cash, credit card, Zelle, etc.
Accrual means when invoices are created, regardless of when paid.
β Step 3: Export the Report
In the top right corner, click the Export button.
Youβll see three options (see screenshot):
Revenue Report
Invoices Report
Invoices Details Report
Select the option you need.
β Step 4: Download
Your file will automatically download as an Excel spreadsheet to your device.
Open it to review, share, or save for your accounting records.
Tip:
Export your sales regularly to stay on top of your cash flow, revenue, and invoice details!
