β Step 1: Go to Settings
Click your name or profile icon at the top right.
Select System from the settings menu.
β Step 2: Open Payment Methods
In the left-hand menu, click SystemβPayment Methods.
This opens your list of existing payment methods.
β Step 3: Add a New Payment Method
Click + Add Payment Method.
Enter the name (e.g., Cash, Credit Card, Check, Zelle, ACH).
β Step 4: Create
Click Create.
The new payment method is now available when finalizing invoices or accepting payments.
Tip:
You can edit or remove payment methods anytime from the same page.
