How to Add Payment Methods

This guide shows you how to add or manage payment methods your shop accepts in EasyTruckShop.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  • Click your name or profile icon at the top right.

  • Select System from the settings menu.


Step 2: Open Payment Methods

  • In the left-hand menu, click Systemβ†’Payment Methods.

  • This opens your list of existing payment methods.


Step 3: Add a New Payment Method

  • Click + Add Payment Method.

  • Enter the name (e.g., Cash, Credit Card, Check, Zelle, ACH).


Step 4: Create

  • Click Create.

  • The new payment method is now available when finalizing invoices or accepting payments.

Tip: You can edit or remove payment methods anytime from the same page.
