Step 1: Find the Estimate
Go to the Services tab.
Look under Estimates and open the estimate you want to convert.
Step 2: Review the Estimate
Double-check that all parts, issues, and labor are correct.
Make any edits if needed (add notes, update pricing, or attach files).
Step 3: Convert to Service
Click Create Service.
This action changes the estimate status to an active service job.
If mileage or hours tracking is enabled, enter starting details.
Step 4: Manage the Service
Once converted, assign a mechanic or tech, add parts, and track progress as usual.
The job is now ready to be worked on and updated through completion.
That’s it!
Your estimate is now an active service — time to get the job done.
