How to Access It
Click the search icon in the top navigation bar from anywhere in ETS.
What You Can Search For
Global Search is not limited to one area — you can search for virtually anything:
Invoice numbers — type in an invoice number to jump straight to it
Companies and customers — search by company name or customer name
Vehicles — search by unit number, VIN, year, make, or model
Work orders and services — search by service number or description
Parts — search by part number, description, or cross reference
Contacts — search by name, email, or phone number
Tips
You don't need to know exactly where something lives in ETS — just search for it and Global Search will find it regardless of which section it's in
Partial searches work — you don't need to type the full number or name
If you're ever not sure where to look, start with Global Search
