✅ Step 1: Open or Create the Service or Estimate
Go to the Services or Estimates tab.
Open an existing Service/Estimate or click New Service/New Estimate to create one.
✅ Step 2: Find the Date Fields
Inside the Service or Estimate form, look for the Scheduled Date and Due Date fields.
Scheduled Date = When you plan to start the job.
Due Date = When you expect to finish or when the work must be completed.
✅ Step 3: Set the Dates
Pick your dates from the calendar pop-up.
Confirm your selections.
✅ Step 4: Save
When you’re done filling out the other required info, click Save.
Your Service or Estimate now has clear dates that help your team stay on track.
💡 Tip
Scheduled and Due Dates show up in your Upcoming view, so you can quickly see what’s planned and what’s overdue. When you click Check In, it shows up in On Site.
