🧾 Why Is the Finalize Button Greyed Out?

If you see that the Finalize button is greyed out, it means not all invoices for that work order are complete yet.

Why?
EasyTruckShop requires all work orders/services to be marked complete before you can finalize the entire service order.


🔑 Quick Tip

If you want to close out the open service at once, you don’t have to click through each work order. Just use the Complete All button at the bottom of the Service Order.

This will mark all work as complete, unlocking the Finalize button.


Still stuck?
Make sure you’ve checked that all parts, labor, and charges are added and confirmed before completing invoices.
