ETS now includes an AI-powered search assistant that helps you quickly find and add the right, existing, service types when creating services or estimates. As you type, it automatically suggests matching service types from your existing catalog.
How It Works
Creating a New Service/Estimate
Navigate to create a new Service Order or Estimate
In the service line item field, start typing what you need
The AI assistant will instantly show matching service types from your catalog
Click on the suggested service to add it
Smart Matching
The AI search understands variations and related terms. For example:
Type "oil" → suggests "Oil Change", "Oil Filter Replacement", "Synthetic Oil Service"
Type "brake" → suggests "Brake Inspection", "Front Brake Pad Replacement", "Brake Fluid Flush"
Type "diagnostic" → suggests all your diagnostic service types
