Steps to Connect QuickBooks:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click the Integrations tab.
Find QuickBooks and click it.
Click the Connect to QuickBooks button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to log into your QuickBooks account and authorize the integration.
Map your accounts — ETS will prompt you to match ETS account types (labor revenue, parts revenue, COGS, etc.) to your QuickBooks chart of accounts
Once complete, your EasyTruckShop account will be linked with QuickBooks!
📌 Important: Do not skip account mapping. Incorrect or missing mapping is the most common cause of sync discrepancies. Always complete this step before creating invoices.
